a01850c376 Credits for textures, some small changes to twigs 
Listed textures (of woodsoils and trunks) and authors.
Simplified woodsoils.png.
Changed trunks_twig_2.png and trunks_twig_3.png to Neuromancer's
not-centered versions (trunks_twig_1.png not because it's the one in
inventory).

53babb39b0 Generation of large twigs and setting for it 
First three twig textures are the old ones again.
All other twig textures are based on Neuromancer's "comboSticks".
Added textures for twigs blocks again.

4c8fbf11ba Bush Nodeboxes now branch OUTWARD & side texture added 
Bushes Initially the stacked nodeboxes of side nodes were branching
inward, causing the bottoms to be chopped off.  They now branch outward.
Also the side texture used to be blank, now it is not.

0c95ddbfde Twigs blocks (nodes), lot of new twig recipes 
Copied nodes, recipes and textures from the prehistoric mod (woodstuff)
so all these twigs are less useless.

e10be6923b Changed spawning and added settings for trunks 
No more overwriting of moretrees trunks (allready have facedir).
Horizontal trunks can be disabled trunks_settings.txt.
Ends of horizontal trunks no longer replace "solid" blocks.
Amount of trunks can be changed in trunks_settings.txt.
