f9b2e2491a Clear player model wishlist items 
All the past issues seem to be now resolved!  There is
only one new issue, and then this thing will be ready
to merge.

d8b29d047f Back out pickpocketing 
- It was never really a major gameplay feature,
  and more than anything probably more annoying
  when mining close to someone and accidentally
  hitting their items.
- Broken with looktips due to an engine bug, not
  worth trying to fix or work around as is.
- May be readded later if a better way to do it is
  discovered.
- This may be part of a pivot toward a simpler
  plan for YCTIWY integration...
- Already served its purpose in getting rid of
  writers' block :-)

018b128288 Glossary and translation instructions 
- Add a glossary for confusing terms that have
  been difficult to translate.
- Clarify crediting for weblate users.
- Further simplify translation request in wishlist.

3da1bb6a4e Update wishlist, translation registration open 
Users can now register themselves for translation, no need to
contact an admin to create a new account.

Also reorg some of the engine bugs in the wishlist, prioritize.

56770891de Remove an issue from the wishlist 
Setting the water sink rate to zero seems satisfactory
enough.  Players can now tread water without
sinking.  It DOES feel a little like you're just hovering
in water instead of bobbing, but I guess it's the best
we can expect from the engine right now.

90dbda49d0 Wishlist engine issues cleanup. 
Some issues in the engine were resolved, but we may still have
some workarounds in the game due to compatibility with older
engine versions.
