Generation of large twigs and setting for it
...
First three twig textures are the old ones again.
All other twig textures are based on Neuromancer's "comboSticks".
Added textures for twigs blocks again.

Try it out, at first it looked like a glitch, but when approaching twigs
it looks more natural

Twigs blocks (nodes), lot of new twig recipes

Copied nodes, recipes and textures from the prehistoric mod (woodstuff)
so all these twigs are less useless.

Changed spawning and added settings for trunks
...
No more overwriting of moretrees trunks (allready have facedir).
Horizontal trunks can be disabled trunks_settings.txt.
Ends of horizontal trunks no longer replace "solid" blocks.
Amount of trunks can be changed in trunks_settings.txt.
