Updated mesecons and moreblocks, added moretrees and plantlib, changed
farming mod to TenPlus1's redo, temporarily removed farming_plus. Snuck
in my unreleased incinerator mod.

Update internal SkyLands, bones, bucket, default

Now runs SkyLands 4.0.1, bones now supports new dirt nodes from
SkyLands, bucket supports spring water from SkyLands, default brought in
line with Minetest 0.4.10, a.k.a. Minetest NeXt.
