Also added a function to access the original name as well as the converted name for directories.
Can't fix the interface completely unfortunately without breaking it :-/
Not yet fixed is the conversion to lower-characters - that will be one of the next tasks (had to clean up other stuff before I could approach that).
Also _IRR_WCHAR_FILESYSTEM currently not compiling, but been like that a few versions already.

We use multicolor hardware cursors, but so far only Linux and Windows 32 are supported.
For Linux application must now link additionally with Xcursor unless they disable _IRR_LINUX_XCURSOR_.
Example 24 is added to show how to use those cursors and also as a general test for mouse-behavior.

Change from dimension2d<s32> to dimension2d<u32> where practical. IImage and ITexture now have unsigned dimensions, as does screen size. This has had a significant knock-on through the code base, but it is more technically correct - the BEST KIND of correct.
GUI elements and draw2DImage methods still have and take signed dimensions, but we can look into this in future. Regression tested with the test suite and the example apps. Note that createDevice() now takes dimension2d<u32>!

modalscreens now resize to fit parent.
updated meshviewer example to lock the image to the bottom left corner.
tooltips:
added EGDC_TOOLTIP_BACKGROUND to skins.
changed the position of tooltips and their time between creation to 500ms.
made sure that they do not leave the area of the gui environment.
new method: rect::constrainTo to forcing one rectangle to stay inside another.
