NodeCore-Coal

Adds 3 ores of coal to NodeCore.
Doesnt conflict with nc_lignite, (a similar but simpler mod), though they are are not 'intended' to be used together.

Lignite

-Commonly generates in sheet-like deposits
-Lowest carbon density

Bituminite

-Reasonably common, tiny deposits everywhere
-Medial carbon density

Anthracite

-Uncommon, low-density, sprawling veins
-Highest carbon density
