36f164e1f6 Bollard is now up when having no signal. (#79)
This seems more logical to me, as the bollard is up most of the time.
Work well together with player detectors.

5a0ff5e589 Fix bollard behavior
The bollards were previously changing state every time they got a mesecons signal, which broke things when 2+ mesecons were connected, and generally resulted in strange behavior otherwise.

c58bdc81ef Allow taking templates from the workshops in creative mode
There's no point in making the user put supplies in the machine if they can just grab them from the creative inventory.
Behavior in survival mode is unchanged.

0da3203054 Fix sign backs (sort of)
This required scaling all sign textures up to the same size (I chose 512x512 to make it larger than the largest was before)
It doesn't play well with the signs that are formed from multiple textures combined (remind me why we're doing that, again?), but those are likely going to be replaced anyway.
It also causes a bit of "bleed-through" on the back, but it's close enough for now.
