[Mod] mushrooms [riesenpilz]

This mod adds mushrooms to minetest. The growing tool can make them giant.

TODO:
— add more giant mushrooms
— finish supporting the mushrooms mod
— add lava suit
— use visual_scale → crop textures and change nodeboxes (maybe automatically)
