ed9e75088f Add -l boot mode. 
Currently stands for "launcher", but "local" might be a better term.
Replaces "-s 0" mode (port 0 is no longer special).
Provides client with full read/write (!) access to clsave/svsave/pkg.

There are a couple of TODOs, but I'm done on this for now.

719c05f2d8 Scaling images support (opengl only) 
I needed that for my new super user-friendly and cool loading super screen, I'll finish the softgm version tomorrow.
Also took care of some  warning I had.
