86574164df Always use /etc/shells for chsh -s completion, don't complete on 
comment lines in it.

Invoking chsh -l does unwanted things on some systems, such as FreeBSD.

1421e55aac Fix _filedir on bash 4. 
We don't need to double-quote things for compgen w/ bash 4. Just putting
each file in double quotes is sufficient.

72f2b0cb1c yum: Complete on filenames when $cur contains / 
For a long time "yum install" has accepted filenames as input and will
do the same thing that "yum localinstall" does.  Many users no longer
bother using localinstall and then find that they cannot complete a
pathname with yum install.  Similarly, deplist, update, and upgrade
accept filenames.
