cheapie 71bf018c1a Openlogs ensures the file exists 
If the specified logs don't exist, Sparkles tries again with the network
and channel swapped, and if THAT doesn't work, it displays an error

cheapie 0df279ad87 One source file for XChat and HexChat 
4hexchat.c was really ugly and I'm removing the need for it. Now there's
a HEXCHAT define, and turning it on makes all the XChat API functions
aliases to the HexChat API functions
