rnd1 e7f92d02a0 stats collection every 2 minutes: dig xp, delta dig xp, max delta dig xp 
display stats in /crep 1 and mark ip that was already detected previously
/watch NAME can now watch player if his ip was detected before

rnd1 967858899b new command: cchk name, can be used by watchers to check suspect at any time. So if you see someone flying or nocliping, you can bust him instantly, no need to wait for continuous checks 
new command: crep,  displays cheat reports so far
watchlist:  detected cheater is added on the watchlist, so if he attempts to connect under same name or same ip all the watchers are warned upon connect
