farming redo, roads, maptools, mesecons, moretrees, pipeworks,
rgblightstone, signs_lib, technic (except I kept it back from that
broken commit), unifiedmesecons, and worldedit

removed the inventory sorter mod

added my two dreambuilder management scripts (look in
dreambuilder_mp_extras)
