default_snow.png is renamed to mtgdefault_snow.png and applied via override.txt to avoid potential complications/conflicts with the MineClone games, which still use a "default_snow.png" file containing a different texture.

Snow-sided blocks still use "default_snow.png" as their top, which will clash with the MTG & MeseCraft texture of the same name, so it's renamed to mcldefault_now.png and placed on snow-sided blocks using override.txt
MineClone switched to hardware colored grass and changed some of the other textures.
This update also raises the level of snow on snow-sided blocks to be visible above a 2px snow layer, so that dirt with snow etc. is slightly visually distinct from full snow blocks.
