Minetest-lagalert

Alerts the player for instances of lag, specifically the average local lag based on the local player. Percentage will generate a certain image, for each server-timed interval. Code under LGPL 2.1, images under CC BY 3.0. Only changes made on the image was that each face was cropped from the original file as individual images.
