Simplify the Readme
...
The Readme contains duplicate documentation from the forum and is outdated because the repository is at codeberg now.
I replace most of the Readme by a link to the forum.

Remove mod load time logging code
...
Minetest shows the loading time if it is executed with --info, so I don't like the logging code anymore.
