i-nod bc80e9b20f Revert trunk .pies back to PIE2 format.
This will allow PieSlicer to open them again without manual preparations and free PIE3 format for floating point extension.

Per Inge Mathisen 014a3b484e Pipe all PIE files through the simplipie tool to remove unused flags, and turn instances of
the no cull flag into duplicated, inverted polygons. Remove support for the no cull flag from
the source. HOPEFULLY this does not introduce any visual defects. I did not see any. If you 
see any, let me know. This is in preparation for improved object rendering.

Dennis Schridde 85ab4e02e9 Move base files from data/ into data/base/ (and stuff from warzone.wz to base.wz respecitively).
Should not create any problems, buildsystems were changed (MacOSX, please test).
Reason: Organisation, later: simplification.
