Land Value Tax mod for Minetest

Lets you protect/lease an area in Minetest by paying a land value tax. Protect for as long as the lvt node is active (burning fuel). Price is determined dynamically.

based on AndrejIT's protector and brazier mod based on Zeg9's protector mod based on glomie's mod of the same name
