Rules of Rules Modifications
To define the process of rule changes, to avoid doubt in the event that a crime is committed while a rule change is in effect, to solve conflict between rules.
1. Short Title
This rules document may be cited as the Rules of Rules Modifications.
2. Modifying Rules
- Admins may modify any rules at any time.
- Unless otherwise specified, all changes to the rules apply immediately once they are announced.
- An announcement means any method to let all the players know about the change, and the term announce shall be construed accordingly.
3. Crime commited while a rule change is in effect
For crime commited while a rule change is in effect-
- Either the old rules or the new rules could be used to sue.

- If the charge still exists in the new rules, moderators should convict and determine penalties according to the new rules;
- Otherwise, they should convict and determine penalties according to the old rules.
4. Rules Conflict
- If two or more rules have statements to the contrary of each other-
- admins must modify the rules to solve the conflict, and
- moderators should perform moderator actions to handle the conflict in the meantime.
- Subsection (1) does not apply to-
- Conflict between any rules excluding those in the Rules of Rules (Cap. 0) and any rules within the Rules of Rules (Cap. 0). In such cases-
- The rules within the Rules of Rules (Cap. 0) applies, and
- admins should modify the rules to solve the conflict.
