Add a LeakHunter class which can be enabled with compile-flag _IRR_COMPILE_WITH_LEAK_HUNTER_ to find leaking IReferenceCounted objects.
...
Will break OSX compiling for now as that project file is not yet updated. I hope other project files are all fixed correctly.

Re-ordered some member variables so that padding on 64-bit pointers don't use unnecessary space, also defined bit fields for some bools and moved them to the end of memory. Some minor formatting changes, and got rid of the annoying upper case .H in the VC projects.

Change from dimension2d<s32> to dimension2d<u32> where practical. IImage and ITexture now have unsigned dimensions, as does screen size. This has had a significant knock-on through the code base, but it is more technically correct - the BEST KIND of correct.
GUI elements and draw2DImage methods still have and take signed dimensions, but we can look into this in future. Regression tested with the test suite and the example apps. Note that createDevice() now takes dimension2d<u32>!
