cutealien 86c043ea52 All gui-elements now use "SColor" instead of "const SColor&" to unify interfaces somewhat (it doesn't really matter which way it's done - the only bad solution is doing it different in every second function). I don't dare changing the one occurrence of "const SColor&" in IGUISkin as skins are so often overloaded and so changing that would break too much user-code, will do that once IGUISkin is more seriously reworked. Sorry for anyone already overloading gui-elements IGUIEditBox, IGUIListBox, IGUIStaticText - you will have to change that as well. But I think in the long run it's better having this at least a little less inconsistent.

Change from dimension2d<s32> to dimension2d<u32> where practical.  IImage and ITexture now have unsigned dimensions, as does screen size.  This has had a significant knock-on through the code base, but it is more technically correct - the BEST KIND of correct.

GUI elements and draw2DImage methods still have and take signed dimensions, but we can look into this in future. Regression tested with the test suite and the example apps.  Note that createDevice() now takes dimension2d<u32>!

bitplane 1f1006a177 Added CuteAlien's IGUISpinBox. 
Added setDrawBorder to IGUIEditBox and IGUIStaticText. 
Added setTextAlignment to GUIEditBox and IGUIStaticText, for text justification and vertical alignment.
IGUIEditbox now supports multiple lines using setWordWrap and setMultiLine.
IGUIElement now calls getter and setter functions when serializing, in case of getter/setter overrides.
