4a5a8ef7f4 Bugfix: don't clear cursors in linux-device after the display has been closed already. Fixes crashes on application shutdown with more than one device.

5b5fe394b7 Add support for changing cursors. 
We use multicolor hardware cursors, but so far only Linux and Windows 32 are supported.
For Linux application must now link additionally with Xcursor unless they disable _IRR_LINUX_XCURSOR_.
Example 24 is added to show how to use those cursors and also as a general test for mouse-behavior.

dc2b2cebac Make joystick activation optional, so that Irrlicht doesn't consume all joystick events. This allows us to pass joystick enumeration data to the user app. Revert example 04 to just do key movement, but have it show framerate independent movement. Add a new 19.MouseAndJoystick example. Tested with Win32 and Linux devices, and with the SDL device on Windows and Linux.

ab5d88da77 Add basic joystick support on Windows and Linux, with an option to compile it out. winmm added to all .dsp/.vcproj/.dev projects. Example 04.Movement updated to demonstrate the functionality. Tested with 1 USB joypad on WinXP and Ubuntu 8.04 (via VmWare).

01a0042f91 Moved windowId and sourceRect parameters from endScene to beginScene in order to support several windows for OpenGL as well. This is not yet implemented, though, just made some preparations.

f8010d7289 Changed the device creation to make more use of SIrrlichtCreationParameters. This should increase maintainability and ease addition of more configurable properties. The windows devices need to be adapted still, but should compile for now...

c25f29a5f8 Properly fixed the OpenGL extension search. Also removed the glu part in order to get rid of glu at all. 
Added a Linux keyboard fix posted by denton. Now, Linux also sends just KeyPressed for Autorepeat, instead of alternating KeyReleased-KeyPressed.
