1b523f689b - Fix bug that menus on IGUIWindows with titlebar got drawn too high (id: 2714400) 
- Add another parameter to IGUISkin::draw3DWindowBackground to allow getting the client area without actually drawing 
- Add function getClientRect to IGUIWindow for getting the draw-able area
- Documenation updates

f74f7586e2 Some more constification, but still not done. Now we have also SEvent in OnEvent as const ref, so most user apps will need some kind of upgrade for the new library version.
