3897efe381 - Add new skin-colors: EGDC_GRAY_WINDOW_SYMBOL, EGDC_EDITABLE, EGDC_GRAY_EDITABLE, EGDC_FOCUSED_EDITABLE 
- Make sure disabled state is extended to sub-elements.
- Fix that icons in tabcontrol get also affected immediately by skin-changes
- Make disabled state for several elements more visible

bfb66d1494 Checkbox uses now disabled text color when disabled. 
Changed colors for window-title caption to keep them readable when not active.

f74f7586e2 Some more constification, but still not done. Now we have also SEvent in OnEvent as const ref, so most user apps will need some kind of upgrade for the new library version.

e5dbed93dd Added navigation through the GUI using tab and the shift and control keys. Added keyboard navigation for most elements. Fixed that annoying bug where you had to click twice to change focus. 
Added IGUIElement::isMyChild, isPointInside,  SEvent.GUIEvent.Element. 
Changed setFocus and removeFocus to return bools.
changed quaternion::toAngleAxis to use iszero.
