yvt cfb972f944 Improve code quality
- Overriding methods are clearly indicated with `override` keywords
- Remove redundant `virtual` keywords from destructors of subclasses
- Introduce `SPUnsupported()`, replacing most uses of
`SPNotImplemented()`, which now serves as a dynamic "TODO" marker
