cleaning againnn, fix /clockgen, read float with 2 digits precision
mark: looop, add 2 markers
mover: reeorganize things, reduce infotext overwriting, add upgradetype, add friendly overheat, add 2 buttons to formspec
recycler: no fuel check with priv privs
