6c238b26a1 Revive szutilpack from updates from sztest and nodecore. 
- Rename namespace to "top-level" szutil_*.
- Merge improvements from sztest.
- New utils: chatsock, consock, logtrace, usagesurvey.
- Lagometer/logtrace are chat-command-togglable.
