Reed/rush migration fixes
Instead of straight alias, register reeds as duplicate rushes but in a "dormant" state so they don't decay on mapgen, but need to be "awoken" first before they're subject to rush survival/spread mechanics.

This is an updated and revised version of the original NodeCore Nature mod. This mod can be used as a drop-in replacement for the original nature mod for existing worlds, however upgrading to this edition may not be reversible, so backup your world first, and test before committing.

- Starting from: all features of the original NodeCore Nature mod...
- Some features migrated to vanilla NodeCore:
- Replacements:
- Tall Grass -> Sedges
- Flowers (N.B some colors were changed to maintain balance)
- Reeds -> Rushes
- Existing nodes covered by aliases.
- New mapgen areas will follow Vanilla generation logic.
- Replacements:
- Bug fixes
- Bamboo lighting (may require recalc)
- Moss spreading reworked
- Reed/rush mesh shape consistency
Known Bugs, Issues, TODO
- Need to be able to get fibers/thatch from vanilla plants
- Merge spreading, decaying ABMs
- Review bamboo ABMs
- More code formatting cleanup
- Reorg code, group by feature/theme
