Rebalance leave palette.
Separate palette for leaves. Fixed acacia leaves being too blue (most of
the places, anyway) and less yellow in leaves altogether.

Allow this to work with texture packs.
This does disable the texture pack leaves entirely, since we can't
desaturate them on the fly.
