Use the same name for static and shared libraries

Browse Source 
On all system except MSVC, the targets are different.

Unix: libhiredis.so, libhiredis.a
MinGW: libhiredis.dll+libhiredis.dll.a, libhiredis.a
MSVC: hiredis.dll+hiredis.lib, hiredis_static.lib
