A few sites still show paywall when cookies are blocked before loading instead of removed after loading page.
Sites involved: Scientific American, Seattle Times and Les Echos (@iscreamcoke)
Correction on earlier removal of 'obsolete' remove_cookies-only settings (other 12+ removed sites are fine).
