Now Identical cross-browser Javascript-code for easier maintenance/updating.
No changes in functionality, just NYTimes Googlebot-fix converted to specific Javascript-block (Firefox layout issue).

By default sites' cookies are removed after page loads (to bypass article limit).
Also you can enable Googlebot user-agent or disable Javascript for (sub)domain(s).

Less maintenance because defaultSites are obsolete (in background/options.js).
Domains by default are added to allow/remove_cookies (just a few allow_cookies entries are left).

Read list of custom sites from github repository json-file.
Sites which are less likely to end up in the main list of this extension (or less familiar sites currently in BP could also be transfered to this list).
These sites are loaded into BP options (by default disabled) and the allow_cookies/remove_cookies lists (background.js).
No more need to edit readme.md, background.js and options.js for these specific sites (just add line to sites_custom.json).
Default websites with postfix like ' (javascript disabled) are not checked in options because mismatch in key.
New filter to disregard any space + text in parentheses.
Removing Le Monde paywall while keeping article recommendations in paywall-container.
Also removes persistent cookie-banner which links to google.com (only visible with extension).
