Block paywall-scripts like TinyPass/Piano (Economist, Spectator, Foreign Policy etc.) and Poool.fr (Challenges.fr).
New seperate option for these scripts (or in future always by default?).
Less maintenance because defaultSites are obsolete (in background/options.js).
Domains by default are added to allow/remove_cookies (just a few allow_cookies entries are left).
Custom sites for smaller sites and quick updates (json-file read directly from GitHub repo).

Sites which are less likely to end up in the main list of this extension (or less familiar sites currently in BP could also be transfered to this list).
These sites are loaded into BP options (by default disabled) and the allow_cookies/remove_cookies lists (background.js).
No more need to edit readme.md, background.js and options.js for these specific sites (just add line to sites_custom.json).
