PIPEWIRE_DEFINITIONS contains ready-to-use compile flags. If used with INTERFACE_COMPILE_DEFINITIONS, this can lead to a compile error. Rename the variable to PIPEWIRE_COMPILE_FLAGS to be clear about that and prevent accidental misuse.
