:c:func:`brealloc()`. The ownership of the gs_vb_data
pointer is then passed to the function, and they should
not be destroyed by the caller once passed
:param flags: Creation flags. Can be 0 or a bitwise-OR combination
of any of the following values:
- GS_DYNAMIC - Can be dynamically updated in real time.
- GS_DUP_BUFFER - Do not pass buffer ownership of the
structure or the buffer pointers within the
