-Added roof fences
-Streets are now created with a "snake algorithm", instead of random road cell generation
-Simple basements are now created on uneven terrain (needs improvement and something to make cells connect properly)
-fixed a few offset bugs caused by lua's different for loops
-fixed whatever else I was going to fix before
-added chairs, tables, fences, rubbish bins
-changed colour fetching code
-addes colour noise
-changed a few colours to make it look better
