Manually specifying each component JS file in the gulpfile.
...
This allows us to get around component dependencies where components depend on each other, since gulp was just processing everything alphabetically otherwise.

Fix to new style-system not minifying output.
...
The new style updates were not minifying their final output. This fixes
that issue. We are keeping minification in the HTML task too in case
folks are still using build blocks.
