So class="mdl-cell-2-col mdl-cell-4-col-phone" will get 2 columns at
desktop and tablet sizes, and 4 at phone size.
I'm slightly worried by the fact that we're enabling this while also
changing the total number of columns at different screen sizes. Will
developers grok this, or should we just make it 12 columns across all
screen sizes?
