aedf5c9994 -fix in:
bool CAnimatedMeshSceneNode::removeChild(ISceneNode* child)
found by ssexton

-added requested getJointCount() in AnimatedMeshSceneNode, which simply calls getJointCount on the held mesh

-added CSkinnedMesh::isStatic()

8bb1ff90d8 support for positioning joints at an absolute position. Without this support, doing ragdolls would require the inverse of a matrix (slow)
I'll write a tutorial in the wiki for this.

96f8abf2af -skinnedMesh: meshes with weights are still counted as animated for ragdolls, etc, even if they have no animation data.
