The copyright in `threading.{h,c}` is not changed because it comes from
zstdmt.
The copyright and license of `divsufsort.{h,c}` is not changed.
Update to use the new streaming API. Making progress on Issue #1548.
Tested that the checks don't fail.
Tested with window log 9-32. The lowest and highest fail as expected.
