Update regexes and format of answer
...
Fixes a few bugs with the regexes (namely the font-size).
Adds support for using "base pixel size" instead of "font size".
Pulls out some of the expressions into smaller pieces.

- Providing ABSTRACTs for all packages.
- Leaving VERSION vertical space where necessary.
Addresses #600 plus other annoyances in the process.
