The string in index 1 should be the name of the developer. This allows us to group them together, i.e., we need a way to group the attribution by people.
Reducing scroll spam from dzil by:
- Providing ABSTRACTs for all packages.
- Leaving VERSION vertical space where necessary.
Addresses #600 plus other annoyances in the process.
