- BASH_COMPLETION_DIR had a typo and was set to /etc/bash_completion

Browse Source 
instead of /etc/bash_completion.d
- in tar completion, completing on files within a tar file would consume all
  memory in bash 2.05a (the perennial compgen -W bug)
