Instructions for Build with Windows

0) Install Ubuntu 18.04 App with Windows Store.
1) Open Ubuntu 18.04
2) sudo apt update
3) sudo apt upgrade
4) sudo apt install unzip zip gettext cmake p7zip-full
5) sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmpfr.so.6 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmpfr.so.4
5) Run build.sh to create the ZIP file
7) Extract and use /bin/BlockColor.Exe
