Fix various code issues found by cppcheck (#7741)

Mapgen Singlenode: Remove 'flags' that duplicates a 'class Mapgen' member.
Dungeongen: Initialise 'MMVManip *vm' to 'nullptr'.
Inventorymanager: Remove assignment error 'found = '.
