make formspec colors configurable via minetest.conf
also gather all theme-related images and other stuff into one mod,
and make others depend on it.

Switch over to a nice, light-shaded theme
similar to the original one, and improve upon it.
Also got rid of the formspec's broken hotbar overlay image
