Add "scaffolding," a self-destructing block.
...
Scaffolding is crafted using a "furnace" pattern of sticks
(yielding 16 scaffolding, making a scaffolding block a
quarter of a plank). After being placed, scaffolding will
randomly break at a configurable rate (default is about 6x
the speed of fully irrigated wheat growing).
