ddaeef09fe Redraw instead of scrolling in ScintillaGTK::ScrollText if there is 
an existing update region.
Revert earlier ScintillaGTK::ExposeTextThis change.

df55c90164 Allow popup Symbols menu when the current document has no tags, so 
the sidebar can be hidden.
Use a GtkLabel to display 'No tags found'.

8bd2debe4d Added keybinding and menu entry to open a file which is selected in current tab. 
Made Insert Special HTML characters insensitive if there are no open tabs.
Removed Zoom items from popup menu.

13bcd7868c Change default keybinding for Close All to Ctrl-Shift-W to avoid
