24583dc507 Focus the editor upon double click on the message and compiler windows 
Also improve the code a bit by using a boolean to know whether to focus
the editor rather than always pass the key value and check it against
enter-or-return in the callee side.

b2142af11f Open the file in the msgwindow even if no line number is specified 
Plugins may need to open a file from the message window without
specifying the line number, so allow messages of the form:

file[:line[...]]

For instance, all the following are now correctly parsed and the
corresponding file is opened:

/path/to/file
/path/to/file:line
/path/to/file: something not a line
/path/to/file:line: something
/path/to/file:line something

etc.

450a98934b When going to a build error, try the current document's path if 
the parsed filename doesn't exist. (This can happen when we receive
build messages in the wrong order - after the 'Leaving directory'
messages).

a95a59a42f Remove all G_LIKELY macros inside g_return_if_fail() statements as this is redundant. 
Remove many other G_LIKELY/G_UNLIKELY macros which doesn't make much sense to keep the code more readable.

9e25c43487 Move implementation of lookup_widget() into ui_lookup_widget().

Remove now unneeded support.c.

921f010ffc Rename msgwin_compiler_add -> msgwin_compiler_add_string. 
Rename msgwin_msg_add -> msgwin_msg_add_string.
Rename msgwin_compiler_add_fmt -> msgwin_compiler_add.
Rename msgwin_msg_add_fmt -> msgwin_msg_add.
This fixes 2 geanyfunctions.h macros, and is more consistent with
msgwin_status_add().

000e8fcc9b Merge the editor-struct branch: 
Note: this breaks the plugin API for editor-related document fields
and functions.
Split new GeanyEditor struct type from GeanyDocument fields sci,
line_wrapping, auto_indent, scroll_percent, use_tabs, line_breaking.
GeanyEditor::document allows access back to document fields.
Add GeanyDocument::editor field; this is only valid when the
document is valid, and NULL otherwise. This means any checks for
doc->editor->scintilla != NULL will segfault for invalid
documents - check against doc->is_valid or doc->editor != NULL
instead.
Change plugin API EditorFuncs to use GeanyEditor pointers.
Make editor_set_font() take a pango-style font string, and use a
GeanyEditor pointer.
Use GeanyEditor* instead of GeanyDocument* in editor.c (most global
editor functions still need conversion though, but this may be done
gradually or as required).
Move utils_get_current_function() to symbols.c.
Move utils_replace_filename() to document.c.

52985a7d5a Add Previous Message menu item. 
Don't abbreviate Find Prev Selected.
Add ui_tree_view_find_previous().
Set Next Message menu item sensitivity when clicking on Search menu.
Thanks to Beau Barker (skip76) for an initial version of
ui_tree_view_find_previous() (see #1931125).
