rewrite of the file open dialog, now it enters a directory instead of trying to open it in Geany (closes #1421776), improved the find and replace dialog, an existing selection is inserted, fixed focus settings

fixed a segfault in dialogs_show_not_found(), text entry field in the find and replace dialog grabs focus by default, so the cursor is always in it
